The Parker Portable Fluid Conditioning Cart is a portable, electrically driven fluid conditioning cart designed to filter new fluid before it goes into service, transfer fluid from drums or storage tanks to reservoirs, and clean up fluid in existing hydraulic, gear, and lube oil systems. It is offered in two sizes: the 5PFCC with a 5 gpm gear pump (maximum recommended viscosity 3500 SUS, or 755 cSt) and the 10PFCC with a 10 gpm pump (1000 SUS, or 215 cSt). Both use a 1 hp, 1745 rpm open drip-proof motor running on 110/120 V, 60 Hz single-phase power, drawing 10 or 5.5 amps, and the motor is rated for use across both higher and lower viscosity applications.

An inlet suction strainer protects the pump, which allows the two main filters to be installed in series downstream of it. The standard strainer element is 149W woven wire, while the particle detector option uses a 74W element.

The Intell-Cart option adds an icountPD particle detector with an LCD display and RH moisture sensor, which provides real-time ISO cleanliness monitoring, and is available only on the 10PFCC model.
