Description
The Hilliard Hilco HP4 Off-line Portable Filtration System is a lightweight, heavy-duty off-line filtration system for removing water and particulate from lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, diesel fuel, and other fluids. It is built around a positive displacement cast iron gear pump and an aluminum filter housing, driven by a 1/3 Hp TEFC motor (115V, 60 Hz standard; 50 Hz optional). It uses Viton-N seals, 1/2in FNPT inlet and outlet connections, a 0-100 psi pressure gauge, and an internal relief valve preset at 60 psi. Single-phase models include a 7-foot power cord with switch.
Typical applications include lubrication and hydraulic systems, elevator maintenance, transformer and load tap changer oil, standby diesel tanks, bucket trucks, vacuum pumps, wire drawing, mining equipment, and wind turbines.
