The Veolia Water Technologies XPleat PES Pleated Filter is designed for general water services, fine process fluid filtration, and applications demanding high flow rates. It is available in four absolute micron ratings (0.1, 0.2, 0.45, and 0.65 µm) and four standard lengths (10, 20, 30, and 40 inches), with an outside diameter of 2.75 inches and an effective filtration area of 8.1 ft². The filter body is constructed from polypropylene with a polypropylene microfiber media support, thermally bonded sealing, and o-ring/gasket options in Silicone, Buna, Viton, or EPDM to accommodate various process chemistries.

The XPleat filters comply with U.S. FDA food contact requirements under 21 CFR and meet USP Class VI-121°C Plastics test criteria, making the filter suitable for regulated process environments.
