The Veolia Water Technologies Flotrex PN Pleated Filter is a pleated, nominally-rated polypropylene microfiber depth filter cartridge designed primarily for prefiltration and bulk liquid processing applications. It is constructed entirely of polypropylene — including the microfiber filtration media, support layers, core, cage, and endcaps — with thermally welded and bonded construction that eliminates adhesives and binders.

Available in nominal ratings from 0.2 to 30 microns and cartridge lengths from 5 to 50 inches, it features a gradient density media architecture that maximizes dirt-holding capacity while maintaining particle retention. Flow is directed exterior to interior, with a maximum forward differential pressure of 60 psid at 70°F and a maximum operating temperature of 180°F at 10 psid in water.
